Review the terms & conditions for booking services and website use with Zentripo. Know your rights and responsibilities.

1. About Us

1.1 Zentripo is operated by a sole trader and independent franchisee of The Good Travel Agent, registered in England and Wales | Registered No. 14982784 | VAT No. 443808682 

2. Our Service – Completely Free Consultancy

2.1 Every consultation, Zoom call, telephone call-back, WhatsApp message, email or any other advice I give you is 100 % free. You will never pay anything to Zentripo or to me personally.

2.2 I help you find and book holidays as a franchisee of The Good Travel Agent.

3. Bookings & Payments

3.1 When you decide to go ahead, the contract for your holiday or travel service is made directly between you and The Good Travel Agent (the franchisor).

3.2 You will pay the full holiday cost to The Good Travel Agent (usually by bank transfer, card payment or secure payment link).

3.3 Zentripo and never handle or receive any customer payments.

4. ABTA

4.1 We are a Member of ABTA (Number P8607) which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. We provide financial protection for your money when you buy a package holiday. If you buy other travel arrangements such as accommodation only this protection doesn’t apply. When you book with an ABTA Member you can expect high service standards, fair terms of trading and accurate information. ABTA’s strict joining criteria for Members, code of conduct, customer helpline and complaints resolution scheme are all there to give you confidence and peace of mind when booking your travel arrangements. 5. ATOL

5.1 Your Financial Protection. When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive package from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.

 

5.2 We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).

 

5.3 If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.

5.4 Some of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays in this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed in this website. This website shows you the protection that applies in the case of each holiday and travel service offered. This website will provide you with information on the protection that applies in the case of each holiday and travel service offered before you make your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. 6. Contacting Me

6.1 You can reach me free of charge at any time using the booking calendar, the “Call Me”, “WhatsApp Me” or “Email Me” buttons, or directly by phone, WhatsApp, email or social media. (Your own network/data charges may apply – these are charged by your provider, not by me.)

7. Booking Conditions & Who Is Responsible

7.1 Your booking is governed solely by the terms and conditions of The Good Travel Agent, which you will be asked to accept before payment.

 

7.2 Zentripo is responsible for any errors that occur during the booking process (such as entering in details wrong to the supplier), but has no liability for the performance, cancellation, quality, delays or any other aspect of the holiday.

8. If Something Goes Wrong – We are here to Help

8.1 Although I am not legally responsible for any faults made by the supplier, I am always happy to act as your intermediary during your trip. 

 

8.2 If you have any query, amendment request, cancellation or complaint about the holiday itself after the trip has ended, please contact the supplier.

9. Cancelling or Rescheduling a Consultation with Me

9.1You can cancel or move any consultation or call with me at any time completely free of charge.

10. Financial Protection

10.1 Zentripo is a proud member of The Good Travel Agent and operates under ABTA membership number P8607. This means you benefit from ABTA's assistance and Code of Conduct, with financial protection for your money when you book a package holiday. Please note that if you purchase other travel arrangements such as accommodation only, this protection does not apply.

 

10.2 When you book with an ABTA Member, you can expect high service standards, fair terms of trading, and accurate information. ABTA's strict joining criteria for Members, code of conduct, customer helpline, and complaints resolution scheme are all there to give you confidence and peace of mind when booking your travel arrangements.

10.4 Package holidays are sold by Zentripo as an independent agent and proud member of The Good Travel Agent, which provides full financial protection under ABTA (P8607) and ATOL bonding arrangements.

9. My Liability

9.1 I accept no liability for the acts, omissions or insolvency of The Good Travel Agent or any supplier.

9.2 Nothing in these terms excludes my liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence or for fraud.

9.3 In all other cases my total liability to you is limited to £100.

10. Privacy

10.1 Your personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

11. General

11.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11.2 I may update these terms at any time – the latest version will always be shown here.
