Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partner in Latvia (European Union). All products are made on demand, so production and shipping times vary.
Processing and Fulfilment Time
Most orders are printed and prepared for shipping within 2–5 business days after placement (excluding weekends and holidays). High-volume periods may cause slight delays.
Shipping Time and Rates
Shipping times depend on your location and carrier:

Within Europe — 4–10 business days after fulfilment.

To the United States, Canada, and Australia — 5–20 business days after fulfilment.

Other international destinations — 10–30 business days after fulfilment.
These are estimates and do not include production time. Delays can occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues. Track your order with the tracking number provided via email once shipped.
Shipping rates calculate automatically at checkout based on your location, order weight, and items selected. We use trusted carriers like DPD, DHL, and local postal services.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
International Orders and Customs
For shipments outside the EU, you handle any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are not included in your order total and vary by country. Contact your local customs office for details.
We are not responsible for packages refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties.
Order Tracking and Issues
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Our products are custom-printed on demand, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong size/color.
We stand behind our quality. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

We will review your claim and, if approved, send a free replacement or issue a refund for the affected items. We do not require returns of defective items in most cases.
Returns should be sent to the address printed on the slip included with your item. And addressed to "Zentripo Returns".
